This is the most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever been to. They do anything they can to lure you in and don’t complete their services. I thought I had found a good dentist clinic but they honestly are the worst. I would never recommend such an unprofessional place. Especially their dentist, she is rude and could care less about her patients. I had been an established patient here just to be told they changed their policies (without warning) and they no longer accept insurance either. FYI.
I had an appointment for route canal, the doctor told me that she can’t grantee if the needle broken inside my gum and infected🤔 she exampled that it’s like a car that buy and no one guarantee if it doesn’t run ♀️, this was really scary and strange for me. I prefer that this dentist office open a hair cutting salon ♀️
Dr. Kathy Le and her team is the best I’ve ever had.She cares for you not just a patient but as a person.She does her works with so much care and perfection without taking advantage of you and always give options without stashing your cash out of you..
I had an appointment on Friday the 13th lol yes I know, I couldn’t make my appointment because I was involved in a car accident where someone merged in front of my sisters vehicle abruptly. I called Atlantic Health Group immediately to tell them the reason why I couldn’t make my appointment, they said to call back as soon as I was okay to come in and they would schedule me for an appointment right away.
