Nurse practitioner told me I have a cold. I explained sinus infection symptoms, teeth pain, ear sensitivity, head pain. Then she refused to help me with antibiotic and called in over the counter allergy medicines to pharmacy. And put that I had a ‘cough’ in Mychart. I never said that because I do not have a cough. She did not capture the symptoms I reported correctly. And criticized my Dr for prescribing allergy meds in the past. I guess that’s her way of handling things.
