Have a small break in our window... After company coming out twice to assess and measure they said it would be three weeks till glass could be fixed... once glass was fixed they called with their schedule, said that date wouldnt work and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. the company made it clear they do not work after 5PM or on the weekend, so instead of being customer service friendly... the customer has to work around the company. they came put today to start work only to find the piece of glass ordered is cracked... read more
I was told they may not be able to fix a broken pane of glass in a wooden frame without possibly damaging the wood. But they did fix it without damaging the wood!! Great work!
We were told 2-3 weeks for installation..called today and find it will be at least 4 weeks?
From the nanosecond we called Atlantic Glass & Mirror, Heather was so kind, friendly, professional, and caring, that we were immensely impressed! First impressions are lasting... Atlantic Glass did a great job on my shower enclosures for my bathroom remodeling projects. The girls in the office were very informative as to all of my options and even though I ordered custom showers, they came in earlier than expected. The estimator was very helpful and professional and the installers did a great job. Thanks so much
I have done several projects with Atlantic Glass. The office staff has always been very informative and knowledgable about all the products they offer, the installers are some of the best guys I have ever worked with. Their estimator John came out and gave us all the options that were available to us for our bathroom remodel. Their free estimate is very helpful. Their work was great and I highly recommend them for all your glass needs!
