Very unprofessional. Spoke with Brooke Monday 6/30 about ordering a windshield for my car. She had attitude as soon as she could tell that I was relying on their service in order to leave town due to my car being unable to drive. After me calling back 3 times Monday morning due to “them not having time to call and check availability on ordering the windshield” she finally said at 11 they were able to get it in but couldn’t replace it until the beginning of the week 7/7. Today (as a female), I felt threatened by the man and woman in the Atlantic Glass and Door when he jumped out of his van and ran in front of my vehicle. I was taking my son to school and there was an accident in front of the Exxon by Kinetico on Hwy 70. Traffic was backed up and I was looping around to get on the side going towards morehead.
