Service center review - I had my brake pads changed here. Afterwards I started noticing a rattling coming from the front end but didn’t correlate the two. I then brought the car to a different genesis dealer for an oil change and told them to check the rattling. The tech found that “The outside dealer’s tech applied an excess amount of grease on pads and rotors causing the apparent rattle.” I called Atlantic Genesis service explaining what happened and asked for a refund (or credit) of the $279 plus tax I paid for labor to h... read more

I just had some work done on my 2017 Genesis and Virginia was the best Customer Agent I ever dealt with. She was polite and efficient and always answered the phone or got back to me right way if there was an issue. Give her a promotion!
