I contacted Dan to get an estimate for a generator. We made an appointment on a Monday afternoon. I cleared my work schedule. Thirty minutes late, and I had to call and left a vm. He didn't call back for two hours and then told me he got hung up on a job. He should have called me before my allotted time to let me know. Dan came highly recommended. I hired him to install a generator and gave him a substantial deposit. I did not hear from him for six months. I contacted him; he was apologetic and said he was ready to work. Another month went by, and there was no more communication from him or effort to do the work. Thankfully I got my deposit back.

We contacted Dan at Atlantic Generator based on a reference from friends. We needed (a Fan and Chandelier switchout). The fan is in the middle of the living room at 17’ 10” high. We measured the ceiling height and shared pictures with Dan. After several email and text messages, Dan assured us that he could complete both tasks. The work was scheduled and he arrived on time with a helper. Dan brought a 12’ ladder, not nearly high enough to reach the top of the fan plate. He could only changeout the chandelier. I've used this company on many occasions and have been overwhelmingly impressed by the service and ability of this company. Every time they have performed as estimated and on several occasions have talked me out of pricier jobs that other local contractors pushed on me. I’ve always been happy with the suggested alternate. They are spot on with their knowledge and never left hanging live wires or unprotected areas.
