I have left 4 messages since Jan 30th to reschedule my depo appointment due to being sick and still have not got a call back i have even tried to make appointment on their app they had me download and still nothing. This is ridiculous for a doctors office. I was sick an missed my appointment due to a fever but I should hv just came in an risk getting ppl sick because I can't even get a call back.
Wonderful people kind and caring
Atlantic general is the most unorganized medical facility I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. They sent a paid bill to collections because of a billing department error. They cancel appointments with no notification whatsoever then gaslight you about it, causing you to take off work and miss out on income. There have been 3 bad experiences with AGH women’s health alone. The doctors are amazing, but the other medical staff including reception needs a serious overhaul of not only personnel, but attitude as well. If ... read more
Reading some of these bad reviews I felt compelled to give my thoughts. I had been seen by another provider at another facility and was suffering with an ongoing problem. I reached out to Dr. Gill and she replied to my message and had her office fit me in as soon as possible. She recommended a prescription that the other provider never mentioned and I am almost 100% better.
