Very satisfied with my whole experience, the front desk staff, the nurses and Dr DiClemente couldn't have been any nicer, made me feel very comfortable and welcomed as a new patient, the genuine concern and care from everyone was very comforting, I'm older so I appreciated them explaining everything so nice, I'm so glad my primary care recommended them and so do I.
*RUDE* I called and answered hello, the person on the other end said hello and hung up. Called right back and was sent to voicemail, I left a message no call back. Called from another phone GUESS WHAT I got a answer. This is pathetic! Therefore front desk was purposely ignoring my call. plain out rude, you serve the clients within the community. Your in a public health field to help others. If the lady’s at the front desk don’t want to answer phones or have attitudes I highly advised them to go find another job where they do... read more
Everyone was really nice and helpful. Michelle Farlow made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me! I had a very comfortable and good experience here!
