We had to move from O.C. We were with Amy Barshinger for around 15 yrs. And we will never find another doctor like her. Always listens to your concerns with a lot of compassion. (:
The doctors and nurses here used to actually help people and now all they do is play games, ignore your calls and when you do finally get an appointment, they recommend testing that you don't need and that won't help your issues. Imagine having a broken leg and the doctor sends you for an MRI of your butt. Makes no sense at all. It's like they now try to hire the most useless people they can find and the huge drop in review ratings says it all.
Went there cause I had a slit wrist from a wine glass and had to get stitches. Week later when I had to get the stitches removed The nurse acted as if me getting the stables removed was a waste of her time then when the stables were removed and had to get bandage up she gets up out of her chair and says and quotes “ I don’t have time for this I have better things to do, here patch yourself up and check out of here” and storms out of the room. My review: It goes without saying that GW is the GOAT of primary care, simply put, he's the best provider I ever had - period!!
