I honestly wasn't too happy with the physician I saw at this facility two years ago. "Eat more bran..." was not a solution for a vegan suffering with IBC-C, but I decided to give another provider there chance and that is when I met Gena Nance NP or as I call her, GI Gena! She sat with me for more than 30 minutes and together we came up with a plan to help me with my symptoms and suffering and I now feel terrific and complete "normal"! Sharon Webber was great. Answered all my questions and was very thorough. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained the procedure very well. Her nurse Kelly was very good about returning my call and addressing my concerns. Thankyou both.
Such supportive staff all the way through. Seen for colonoscopy and every single staffer was attentive, caring and very detail-oriented in my care. They triple-checked my drug allergy, gave a complete review of the entire procedure and provided warm blankets to keep me comfortable. Would definitely recommend Dr. Bell and his team.
