Excellent doctor! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. Dr. Shapsis took his time to ask detailed questions and carefully review the history of my symptoms. He has an excellent bedside manner and made me feel heard and well cared for. I highly recommend him.
This office has some of the worst communication I’ve ever experienced. I have been trying for over a week to get someone to submit an appeal for a prior authorization that my insurance denied. Every time I call, the phone either goes straight to voicemail, rings endlessly with no answer, or I get transferred around and told to “wait a little longer” with no updates or follow-through. The work is organized terribly. The pharmacy did not receive the prescription, we have been calling the front desk all week, some intermediaries pick up the phone who cannot reach the front desk to send the prescription. The pharmacy sends them messages, they do not respond either. I do not recommend, a very unpleasant experience, the work is very poorly organized
