My name is Evelyn. I had a great experience with AGA. From the Dr Matusow explaining everything so perfectly. He then sent me over to Bri who patiently spent time explaining and educating on my upcoming procedures and then helping me find a date that could work for me. She was happy to give me the answers I needed about everything I was to be having scheduled. That meant alot to me and I will never forget her for making me feel so comfortable. I am 70 with Parkinson's Disease. I was extremely nervous about the procedure. Camryn Schmal helped coordinate the preparation and schedule with me. She was wonderful. Professionalism with compassion is hard to find these days.. The nurse during the procedure who checked me in and administered by IV was also very patient and compassionate.
I am a patient of Atlantic Gastroenterology. I am very happy with Dr. Matusow and his office staff. Kristina Syracuse, Dr. Matusow's nurse, was especially helpful. She was able to get me a prompt appointment after I explained that I had a serious pain issue. Along with this she asked me pertinent questions, was very knowledgeable, courteous and concerned about my health problem. She is definitely an integral part of the Atlantic Gastroenterology staff.
I am a new patient to Atlantic Gastroenterology and I have found the office from front desk to Medical Assistant to be quite professional. I am a patient of Dr Kauffman and his Medical Assistant Kristina was professional, kind and extremely patient with me. She scheduled my procedure and arranged all pretesting.
