Honestly, the two reviews saying the office staff were rude probably deserved it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I had nothing but a great experience at this office. Both the clinical and nonclinical staff were so welcoming and kind to me. I had no issues calling to make an appointment, of course I had to wait a few weeks to get in, but this is because all providers in New Jersey are absolutely overrun by the amount of patients (which isn’t their fault!). After making an appointment 2 months in advance, the office manager called to confirm the appointment I made while I was at work. At Atlanticare! I didn't answer the phone allowing it to go to voice mail. That wasn't good enough for this women who called back immediately, so while working I answered this call. Dr. Hall was so nice and congenial--took time to listen and answered questions. On the other hand, the office staff was rude and condescending. I've never seen anyone speak to a patient like the office scheduler spoke to my mother.
