Tried to reach someone for 2 dats? NO ONE ANSWERS!!!
I visited the branch to close my account but after speaking with Alesia I instead made changes to my account that works best for me. She was so knowledgeable and understanding of my wants. Kim “Pink desk” was able to further assist me with making the final changes and took the time to explain and provide all the necessary paperwork. Both ladies were great and I Truly appreciate their services.
Great credit union to go to. Everyone there is helpful and professional. I recommend going there
Why doesn't anyone answer the phone? Endlessly put on hold, cannot get anyone to answer. This situation must be fixed, horrible customer service. Other than hoping to the branch or email, there is no customer interaction.
