I had a wonderful experience at the Atlantic Federal Credit Union! The employees are so patient, knowledgeable and kind. There positive attitude made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to open accounts there.
Horrible Customer Service, been a customer for over 12 years and barely come to the branch, today I came to make a withdrawal and ask the teller for a simple favor to exchange some small bills for larger bills and I was simply told NO Can’t do! A simple service like this should not ever be denied to a customer, she didn’t eve try to help me! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have been going to the Union Branch since before they moved, since Kenilworth even. All the ladies have always been approachable, polite and absolutely welcoming to say the least. Kim/Kimberly has always been eager to help, greeted me with a smile and even makes small talk to make me feel like a friend and a guest.
Ginny is the absolute best teller! Always great customer service and an absolute pleasure to deal with!
