Found Atlantic Family Dental when looking for new dentist for my elderly mother who’s last dentist moved out of area. She also receives government assistance. First of all this was the only provider listed on her plan who actually accepted patients over the age of 17 through government assistance or was correctly listed to accept such benefits. Of all the dentists I have seen in my lifetime, this place ranks absolute WORST! Chunky, scratchy, fillings (2 fillings with visible hollow spots and my front teeth feel like sand paper) that made it impossible to floss, and when she drilled too deep into a molar that didn't previously hurt and caused an abscess, they shrugged it off. It was near impossible to get any kind of pain relief and antibiotics. I brought my brother in for his dental appointment. He’s blind and has special needs, and we were having trouble getting a photo of his teeth. Alnisa stepped in and was so patient, gentle, and kind.
