I've worked with them for a very long time. It's been an excellent experience. As long as you book an appointment, they will accept the car. They have a professional loading team. I recommend them to anyone; as long as you follow their instructions, it will be an excellent experience, I guarantee it.
Slowest shipping company I have ever dealt with. Extremely poor customer service. All required documents were fully submitted over two months ago, yet the cars still have not been shipped. Every time I call, I get vague answers or no useful information at all. The people on the phone are unhelpful and seem unaware of what’s actually happening. If you value your time, avoid this company. Completely unacceptable delays and zero accountability.
