Early morning appointments is a must. They over book appointments and the small waiting area is way too crowded, every chair is taken with at least 10-15 people standing inside plus people waiting outside. Also the receptionist gets overwhelmed with so many patients that if you call the office they usually don't answer the phone, but she does try her best.
The worst medical office I ever went, front desk is very rude. The doctor not even wearing a lab coat.
