I called for an update to my medication because the wrong one was sent and asked to be transferred to an office, the call center worker said no and that someone would call me. I called back and said as much and turns out it was the same man named Terrence and he hung up on me. I called again asking for a supervisor and Terrence hung up again, refusing to pick up any of my other calls. This place is lackadaisical and unprofessional . Such a shame with such good doctors and poor support staff. Do better
My prev review had . now im leaving Basically I do not have any complaints or bad comment abt Doctor Stella and other doctors. Unfortunately, admin and scheduling have fallen beyond acceptable standards. My appointment was at 2 p.m... arrived at 1:30 p.m ...rn it's 3:45 p.m. and still “I’m going to be next" Blood drop was also a pain... front desk girl let a Russian guy skip the line... had to come not one, not two ... 3 times for a simple and routine procedure that has been flawless in the past! I am finding that the office is overbooking appts or working w/o enough staff or just super slow. There was loud construction, overcrowding and the front desk staff never have a smile never greet you when you arrive. It’s not good because Dr. Stella and the other staff are great.

As a long time patient I appreciated the care I got from Dr. Stella. The wait times were always hours long in some instances. However I will be seeking care elsewhere because of the billing company (IRCM) that they use. They used to send you your bills in the mail soon after service. About 2 or 3 years ago that stopped and they started to randomly call and tell you that you owe for services you already paid for. You used to be able to reach the front desk directly.
