Morgan, Rocky & Vaughn worked together to quickly replace our control board and related parts when they were blown out in a storm. At our age we rely on our elevator throughout the day and especially for getting our groceries to the top floor. Morgan kept us apprised of the parts order and scheduled us as promptly as she could. Don't you just hate it when you call a business and the person who answers just takes messages for the technical folks to get back with you later? Well, that's not the case at Atlantic Elevators! Morgan does take messages, but she has spent time in the field and understands the business. She was able to talk us through a reset to clear our problem without having to send a technician. Vaughn and Rocky did a great job in finding the problem with our elevator and correcting it. They also gave us a bit of education about how the elevator had gone into the locked mode. I would recommend Atlantic to anyone! And if you can, ask for Vaughn and Rocky. And I would add, Morgan at the office is always pleasant and very helpful.
My family & are very grateful for Atlantic Elevators! My mom has been house bound for almost a year now & they have provided her with a way to get back outside & have her freedom back.
