I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service we received during our recent elevator maintenance call. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and highly efficient. Danny Cooke arrived right on time, fully prepared and clearly experienced. The maintenance call was only to replace a backup battery, but Danny took notice of other issues that I as a homeowner would not have noticed. Thought Atlantic Elevators did a terrific job on installing a new elevator within our existing OBX house. The Savaria elevator with automatic folding doors works really well and the installers, Josh and Colton, did an incredible and very neat installation as well as an introduction to all aspects of using the elevator in a rental property.
