Had to order a part for my Samsung dishwasher, called and Shana in Customer Service quickly found my part and expeditiously processed my order. I had an exceptional individual named Buffy who helped me out today, 5-10-23. Buffy went above and beyond to help me find the correct ice maker for my refrigerator. She called a warehouse out of state while I was on hold. After speaking to him, she then filled me in on what was going on. Buffy then asked me to hold and researched who had my ice maker IM1900MD.
