I had an exceptional individual named Buffy who helped me out today, 5-10-23. Buffy went above and beyond to help me find the correct ice maker for my refrigerator. She called a warehouse out of state while I was on hold. After speaking to him, she then filled me in on what was going on. Buffy then asked me to hold and researched who had my ice maker IM1900MD. Bought 5 ceiling fans here. Tremendous variety of styles and price range options. Grace J was amazing, offering advice on which fans would look best for our rooms. She was in frequent contact during the order process, even following up after our purchase to make sure we were happy. There were other reps on-site (I believe John was one of them, who was great!), who offered more technical advice based on our rooms.
