Giant monopoly in South Jersey that preys on the citizens and uses them as their own personal piggy bank. Outrageous prices, "faulty meters" that take months if not years to replace, you name it. Perfect personal experience example: My electric bill in ANY other dwelling has NEVER exceeded $200. Somehow, when I moved to my new residence in August of 2017 my bill was in the $300/$400 range.
