Rude receptionist and the doctor didn't listen to anything I said. Waist of time!
The nurse Kim couldn’t hide her disdain when she said “Well you have a Medicaid plan so they won’t pay for that!” I actually don’t have Medicaid, but thanks for letting me know you don’t think people with Medicaid are worthy of treatment. No wonder my mom killed herself after dealing with this office. She had medicaid and went to the ER with her problems. Her treatment was supposed to come from this office.
DO NOT GO HERE! This office only cares about racking in the bills and awful customer service. I just moved to NH and was 8 min late to my appt. when trying to find the office. They refused to see me, with zero people in the office and no other appts. waiting. When I asked how long the appts were, they stated 20 min. So in 20 minutes you're going to figure out what other doctors haven't, as a specialist?! Marylyn Grondin MD refused to see me and was not with a patient or had any patients waiting. By far the worst Dr. office I have had the mis fortune of dealing with. My wife has had some sever stomach issues. Mary the N.P. told her without an exam she looked just fine to her. My wife had not been out of bed for four days. Mary then went on to send her for 4 test that would have cost $15000. When my wife went to get the test the radiologist would not preform them because they would not show the problem and were a waste of time and money.
