Don't see Dr. Letada.
Dr. Letada was very dishonest with me and made me schedule unnecessary appointments and then refused to perform a procedure he said he would. Every time I ask why, he gives a different response and answer. In the end, I'm glad I did not get anything done by him because it would have ended up botched because of his malpractice.
After many attempts with many other practices my husband has been miserable for 2 years with a skin condition we are clueless about. He left his debit card at home and they would not take him today. Yes I understand he is at fault but he is absolutely miserable and desperate and to not let him call back with the card information is horrible customer service. We were referred by a family member but never rescheduling and will be telling all of our friends of our experience!
I loved Dr Hayes and was worried when he retired... happy to say I love Dr Beute! I’m very fortunate to have another great doctor especially because I’m high risk for skin cancer.
To be honest I am generally very empathetic towards and patient with medical practices and their staff. However, I feel I must say I am not happy with Atlantic Dermatology due to extreme unresponsiveness and being just too busy to give their patients adequate or timely service. Therefore, I am switching to another dermatologist. Others I know have expressed that they've had the same experience. Even my pharmacist stated that, "they are known for being extremely slow for refill requests." It takes a while to get an appointmen... read more
Dr. Conquist and his staff are awesome. Wasn't looking forward to my MOHS surgery, but they made it a good experience.
