Very disappointing experience. Called them yesterday, I was told to call the next morning because appointments are scheduled day to day. When I called at 9:00 AM, I was told to call back later cause they’re not started yet. At 9:30 AM, I was told they were full and to call back if there were any cancellations. When I called again at 10:20 AM, I was told the same thing. If appointments are truly scheduled day to day, how were they already full right after opening? I had an excellent experience at Atlantic Dermatology in Woodland Park. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I especially want to recognize Samantha Nieves for her outstanding work. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. I love the doctor, his very professional and kind.
Horrible staff , they're aggressive and unprofessional. May 15th, 2026 it was our first visit, and before even seeing the doctor we had enough and I asked for a refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone! BTW, there is a credit card surcharge so bring cash unless you want to pay extra on top of your copay....
