This place is absolutely unorganized. The girl in the front GRACE is extremely disgusting. The other girl ROSIE is disgusting as well. Avoid talking to GRACE because she always has an attitude and so does her little friend ROSIE. People need to start getting called out by their names so people know who to avoid. Doctors are always overbooked and they need to change the girls that work in the front because they clearly hate their job.
TERRIBLE experience!!! The doctor had no idea what she was talking about, and neither did her husband. They prescribed my son cortizone cream, and his rash never went away. With as many bad reviews as this office has, it should’ve been shut down a long time ago!!
The receptionist at the office has very poor communication and very poor comprehension skills. It’s no wonder why this place has horrible reviews. Never would go back. Lack of intelligence leads to poor attitude and inability to help others.
I see a lot on negative reviews here . But I must say.. I don’t agree with the negativity. I could not be happier with Dr. Rosaline. She is the only dermatologist that’s has been able to clear up my skin. She is very knowledgeable and if you follow her advice she will help you. I don’t go to Atlantic dermatology to be pampered, I go to get a service that fits my needs. Frist if i could give you no stars i woud the pacific office is horrible, the Doctor I know for a fact that comes back in 2 weeks the people at the front desk. disagreed with me and said no, it's for 6 weeks, and when aid that was in with the Doctor came out she agreed with front desk and basically called me a liar and would not let me see the Doctor to clarify. I will never go to this office again
