I've been visiting this dentist for 20 years. I visited last week and had the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist. The hygienist, LISA DONOWAY was rude, overbearing, and unnaturally persistent in reprimanding me for wanting to see Dr. Michnick prior to starting my implant with an oral surgeon. She advised me that the only person I should care about is the oral surgeon and not Dr. Michnick.
