I had a terrible experience at this office, and I will not be returning. I had a 1:30 PM appointment, but the front desk called me earlier in the day asking if I could come in early. I arrived at 1:10, only to be told to wait for 20 minutes. When it came time to register, they asked me to do it on my phone. I submitted the forms twice, but they claimed they didn’t receive them either time. Finally, they said “no worries, we’ll do it ourselves,” and took a photo of my ID. Local guide in the area and I’ve been looking for a new office since moving to the area. I will admit it’s been some years before I last stepped into a dentist office. Going to the dentist is not my favorite activity. Had a great first experience at Atlantic Dental. I appreciate the modern feel of the office and the technology they used.
