Charge you for late payments when they close their portal...breeze way and stairs haven't been cleaned in years. No assigned parking and several times a month there's no place to park in you're bldgs parking spaces. 1 trash receptacle/bin for the entire complex (5 huge bldgs) and trash is piled up outside of it often, looks like a third world country. ‼️‼️DO NOT MOVE HERE ‼️‼️ The property isn’t well maintained, the communication from management is terrible, and they will try to squeeze every dollar out of you when you move out — especially if you didn’t put down a deposit. I left my apartment thoroughly cleaned and undamaged, yet I was hit with outrageous charges for things like “damage cleaning,” full carpet replacement, and repainting — all for normal wear and tear. I am having a very difficult time with this companies response to my garage not working. I have been waiting for 2 months now to get it working and they have given me 5 different garage door openers to try but yet have they had someone actually address the issue. There have been a few days I needed to get into the garage and cannot so while I don't like writing review's, I would be cautious living in this apartment complex.
