This place use to be excellent 4 years ago when previous management were on top of things. You had to meet certain criteria to live here which made the place better and more exclusive. They have had so many management changes that this place is now horrible. They've fell off big time and now they are just letting anybody move in. Find something better if you can.
Fantastic community! MAA Town Center offers a great blend of luxury and convenience. The office staff is professional, the grounds are well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend!
I with my husband wanted to move to MAA Palm Harbor, after we signed the lease, my friend at South Carolina said he could offer me a job and help us move there. We were so panicked at that moment.
