I’m sharing this after a close friend called me in tears following a very negative experience with this clinic and Dr. Collins. During her visit, she felt shamed for discussing her mental health and left feeling diminished rather than supported. She described her concerns being questioned in a way that felt dismissive rather than empathetic. All the other comments have pretty much mentioned what is wrong with the place. The Doctor’s attitude is not the best - he definitely has a God complex; not sure why because he ain’t all that. I made an appointment online, and I was told the doctor couldn’t see me 15 mins after I had been waiting for the doctor to show up on the online platform. TERRIBLE EXPERIANCE WORKING WITH THEM. Do not recommend. Canceled multiple in person appointments and then a virtual appointment. Emailed me a list of questions then told me I was wrong about a condition I was experiencing
