Worst treatment ever. I've been seeing Dr Collins Ezeuka for about a year and he has slowly deteriorated as a Doctor. The conversations we've had the last few appointments can only be described as "unhinged" and it seems to be getting worse. His demeanor to me was unsympathetic (I was there to get a refill on blood pressure medication) and he seemed extremely agitated.
I haven’t been there yet but just how my experience went with them I knew it was a bad place.I had a an appointment scheduled for 10:15 and at 9:40 front desk called me saying they have cancelled my appt. due to the fact I didn’t upload my insurance card and I.d on the profile .That didn’t make since because I still had time to get to the appt. and upload the things they needed .I waited two weeks for a doc. to see me and now they canceled it for no good reason in which I had time to get there and do what they wanted me to d... read more
The staffing at this clinic are uncaring and rude without going into details.
At first I thought this office / Dr. Was great. Seemed to really care and try to help with health issues and concerns. As time went on and at my last 2 visits the demener and attitude from staff and dr did a total 360 for the worst. Gave off a fake friendly vibe and just plain out rude. The extra "supervision" in the office seemed weird and off as well. Found a new dr to help get to the true root causes of my health concerns. Absolutely a awful Experience started out strong with Dr Ezuka seemed kind and assertive and then .. huge personality chang e definitely a poorly run office with a very sketchy physician..if you chose this group do it very cautiously. And dont hesitate to walk out when you feel your care is in question.
