I had a stroke during my appeal hearing on June 29 2019 Judge Cunningham noticed something was wrong and said ( Mr Popper are you okay? You look overwhelmed. ) I had a emergency bypass surgery on my carotid artery in Aug 2019 .I went in front of massage board and have proof a health Professor from Stockton lied on the stand 3 different answers when reporting to Hand and Stone

When I called for help about my case the operator was very mean as they can. Told me “are you involved in that case” - this is why I want to move out of Mays Landing and move back to Deptford Township, New Jersey Gloucester County where I’m from. I will not be treated like a dog. You should be ashame of yourself. You will never do any service with me again. Mays Landing will never do anything with me along as they live. I am mad that my name is on my letter they lied to me. UNACCEPTABLE. I hope you shut down soon.
