RIP OFF ALERT: I contracted Deryl Lipsey from Atlantic Construction and Roofing Company LLC, aka ACR, to replace a roof on my screen porch and repair a leak in the roof of my house. He said all his work was gauranteed, and he made sure the job was done correctly, with customer service his first priority. I paid $3800 total (after he upped the price in the middle of the job).
