Now that we finally have replaced Atlantic Community Association Management I can confidently post about our experiences with them managing our condo. I would strongly advise anybody considering them to manage their property to continue looking for other alternatives. All the previous reviewers posting about non-returned phone calls are correct. I agree with Tonya, the customer service is terrible. I left two messages today and yesterday. and have had no response. My agent also left two before mine. I am waiting for HOA approval on a condo I hope to purchase next week. I sent in the required fee more than two weeks ago, Megan said it was received and she was working on my application. Since then I've heard nothing.
