I waited 45 minutes today, part of it in the exam room with only two patients ahead of me. Meanwhile, the Doctor is talking to an HVAC guy in the hall and then proceeded to dictate notes while I waited. I walked out and was told by the receptionist that it's usually a 1 hour 15 minute wait. REALLY? Patients deserve better, I'm going elsewhere. This is very poor customer service and we patients have lives as well.
