Great people and great quality products.
I called Bob Teresi to get some decorative bricks to build a wall. He gave me 16 inch bricks instead of 12 inch bricks. When I went back to him to rectify the situation he became belligerent and verbally abusive to me. He recommended that “HIS” guy take care of the problem and build the wall but no guy ever was referred to me. It appears to me that he sold me what he wanted for the price he wanted just to make a buck. He was not receptive to any attempt for a solution to the problem.
