At first I thought he did good work. He sat with me, explained everything, etc. The problem came when he returned later while my wife was home and I wasn't. He tried to manipulate her into buying a 1000+ dollar deep well, despite me explaining to him that we don't actually have a deep well anymore. Furthermore, he didn't replace the boards or insulation in my well house, so now that the temperature is under 0 my 3 month old pump has died due to freezing over the night. Kristian did an exceptional job. He added a full bathroom in my basement and did it very quickly. He also added a water line to my fridge. He was a pleasure to deal with and great at communication. Very professional as well. Highly recommend.
Kristian from Atlantic Coast Plumbing did a fantastic job on our clogged pipes. He went through step by step all the things that needed to be done and explained everything out to me in layman's terms....easy to understand. After the clog was opened up, he even spent the time to explain to me what's going on and why this keeps happening. Because of this new info I now have, we agreed at a later date to fix the overall problem and replace some piping which is causing all our clogging issues. Pricing was very fair indeed.
