Brought our dog Koki in at 3am after a GI emergency. From the moment we walked in, the team was excellent. Quick to triage, quick to diagnose, and great communicators every step of the way. What stood out most was how upfront they were about cost. They walked us through the full estimate, told us what was essential vs. secondary, and gave us real options instead of upselling. Brought my 11 year old cat here on a referral from my vet for an ear issue he has been struggling with for years. Had no problem getting in and being seen by Dr. Whiteweithers as the dermatologist. CT scan and surgery was recommended which I unfortunately cannot afford (the CT scan alone was quoted around $3,400). Secondary treatment plan was suggested which I have been doing. This place is the best. They were honest, very caring, and brought comfort to myself & family in regards to our fur baby. I'd recommend anyone who loves there fur baby, take them here, hands down!!!
