Atlantic Coast Vet saved my dog. We discovered a lump on her neck and took her to her primary vet the next day. They did a needle aspiration but told us it was most likely cancer. It took over a week for the results and in that time the lump grew aggressively. When we got the results we were told the test didn't find cancer but they still thought it was cancer. What a dump and a sad example of an animal hospital. Brought my dog in on a Friday night only to be told to take a seat and wait 2+ hours to see the solitary DVM. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated by the community. You need to do better! [UPDATE Jan 26, 2026]: This place is still a dump and the service is atrocious.
