Please do not ever bring your dog here. They are a total rip off. A surgery that should have been for both anal gland removal was split into 2 different surgeries. I went to vcmli for the second surgery and the complete tumor was removed however Atlantic coast could not excise the first one completely. I always pay my vet bills in full however 2 weeks after the surgery they told me I still have a $900 balance. I refuse to pay this balance after paying them over$7,000 and now I am in collection. Go to vcmli for your dogs need... read more

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!! This is one of the worst places i've ever been. I'm not ever someone who leaves reviews and here i am. I took my dog here last night for a broken, bleeding nail. Upon walking in I spoke with the receptionist (who was nice), she told me the wait would be an hour and a half to 2 hours, i told her my dogs nail is bleeding all love your floor so she went to the back and came back and said "ok they said they can put something on it to stop the bleeding and wrap it quick" which i agreed too. Although it was not what we wanted to hear, it was delivered with the kindest and empathetic manner. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and experienced. Vicky, the dog whisperer, was able to bring Bronson into the test which is not normally an easy task. Chri... read more

This institution should be shut down. They do not care for your animals in the slightest bit. I took my dog here because he just was not right and all they said was that he will be fine and it takes time. Never said anything specific about how my dog was doing. I come in the next day since my dog got even worse and they said sir we can’t help your dog. They refused my service. If you care about the wellbeing of your pets don’t go here.
