Extremely disappointed with this office and the office manager, Nicole, who is clearly part of the problem. I called multiple times requesting a prescription change — as a patient in pain — and received zero callbacks. When I finally got through, Nicole’s response was that ‘it’s only been a couple of days.’ Two days is unacceptable when a patient is suffering and waiting on medication. Dr. Hui saved my life 6/7 years ago. He found a rediculous amount of polyps took pics to show me and removed them all successfully including one a different Dr couldn’t find in my anatomy. He also monitored me because I have a murmur. He won’t go on & on w/ chatter he’ll simply answer you. I. think he’s wonderful.

Left several messages to make an appointment as I’m new in the area and never got a call back ..! Must be nice to make so much money you don’t need to schedule patients..! NOW I’ll never go here….!!!! I called the next gastro group down on the Google list and they actually had a person who answered the phone in 2 rings.

I am not a patient, however my friend is. She is 87 years old and diagnosed with gastropathy. During her follow up visit after her diagnosis, she asked the so called doctor what diet she should be on. He told her no restrictions and she could eat anything she wants. Now gastropathy is damage and inflammation to the lining of the stomach!!! I did my homework on this prior to her appointment and found it pretty common sense of what to eat.
