Dr. Hui and his staff, especially Maria have been so helpful. Not only did Maria coordinate and respond to all my questions/concerns on the portal but called me directly with guidance from the doctor. Dr. Hui is patient, thorough and also works in a timely manner to address concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Hui to anyone experiencing any GI issue. He does not minimize any concerns. Not only am I a patient of his but other family members. Thank you Dr. Hui and Maria for everything.

I only gave a two because first of all your phones are horrible. They disconnect when you press the number you want or when you are speaking to the reception area it disconnects as well. It happened to me at least 4 times. I left messages for Dr. Hui to call me back, but I never received a call back. I don't do the online thing because I cannot get into it and I told them that. Extremely disappointed with this office and the office manager, Nicole, who is clearly part of the problem. I called multiple times requesting a prescription change — as a patient in pain — and received zero callbacks. When I finally got through, Nicole’s response was that ‘it’s only been a couple of days.’ Two days is unacceptable when a patient is suffering and waiting on medication. Dr. Hui saved my life 6/7 years ago. He found a rediculous amount of polyps took pics to show me and removed them all successfully including one a different Dr couldn’t find in my anatomy. He also monitored me because I have a murmur. He won’t go on & on w/ chatter he’ll simply answer you. I. think he’s wonderful.
