I can never get through to the office by phone, and when I leave messages, they’re rarely returned. Wait times in the office are excessive, and it’s very difficult to secure an appointment, especially when something urgent comes up. The staff and providers are not proactive; I have to follow up through the portal just to be sent for routine bloodwork, and ongoing monitoring isn’t done unless I reach out myself, even though I’m on a biologic that requires regular checks every few months.
