From security check in to the shipping office to the loader. The entire staff was not only professional, they were pleasant. I arrived very early for my pickup. I was allowed to check in with the chance of being loaded early or at the least I was able to stay safe on the yard over night. That courtesy is not expected or usually extended. Thank you.
Stench outside is unbearable. They have really good video surveillance everywhere, so you better be careful when backing up next to the trucks because if you hit someone or something, you'll won't be able to say that it wasn't you.
What can I say, came in 3:15pm for a 4pm appt, started loading at 7:30pm. I got out at 9pm thanks to everyone in there. Unbelievable, they say they have no doors and make you wait a loooooong time for a pickup. They are just sitting in the receiving office. I am tired and on top of that had to errands to do before calling it a night, wasting gas on trailer just for the wait. Also, maneuvering can be a little tricky so be prepared. I am mad I cannot give it “0”stars.
The African American lady is so unprofessional and unorganized she made us wait close to 2 hours at the check-in office, I was on the call with the broker and dispatcher and she refused to talk with them and said wait for the supervisor, thats so rude and outrageous from her, you know the supervisor will take very long to come to the office especially when it’s afternoon and afternoons are very busy, there was no need to make a driver wait close to 2 hours at the check in office over something little cause when she left the ... read more
