Getting my carpets cleaned by them was a terrible decision. Not only did they fail to deliver the service properly, but they also ended up damaging my expensive carpet beyond acceptable limits. There was a clear lack of professionalism and care in handling the work. I deeply regret trusting him with something valuable. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any service provider, and I would strongly recommend that others avoid working with him altogether.
Had worst experience with them. They are just a bunch of unprofessional individuals with no experience in what they claim they do. Their Owner, Bill Lima has very Pathetic behaviour. He refused to complete the work despite taking full payment in advance. I recommend skipping this company.
I had the worst experience of my life with this company,they destroyed my floor...don't know what they doing,.horrible on communication..I percent DONT RECOMMEND,.I hope you all see my post before wasting your money with this stupid company.,now I have to contract another company to try fix the damage...horrible experience
