Gary and his team are fantastic. Gary is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and highly communicative. Gary and his crew waterproofed our 2300sf basement in 2015. It was a big job but they did their best to work quickly, efficiently, and minimize their impact upon our lives "upstairs." At the time they dug and put in drain syatems around the exterior walls of our basement and installed two sump pumps. For almost 10 years we've felt safe knowing our basement was dry. Gary sealed our businesses foundation a few years ago. Recently in the flooding a wall started leaking. Gary came out within an hour to check it out. Turned out we had a pipe burst in the wall which had nothing to do with Gary’s work. He told us what we needed to do to fix the problem and didn’t charge us a dime for coming out. Great company!! Highly recommend Atlantic Coast waterproofing!
Gary was very thorough in his explanation of the problem and what they would do to remedy the water seeping into my basement every time it rained. Once the crew got onsite, they worked very diligently, and Gary was there every step of the way to further explain, and make sure I was happy. Gary and his team were great. Gary is the owner and came out personally to quote the job and explain our options. He pulled all the necessary permits and had the work inspected as needed by our township. He and his crew were very thoughtful, running covers for our floors to protect them.
