This is the company we wish we could have hired!!! Starting right from the initial visit for the quote Gary and his crew are always informative and shows you what's going on every step of the way. The customer service is unbeatable and Gary always gets back to you with any questions or information I'd say within 15 to 20 minutes at most, even while working on other projects and sites. I called after hours on a Sunday and left a message. Gary called me back within a couple hours and explained to me that he doesn't operate in Southfield and proceeded to explain the different systems and options and even gave me a referral to the preferred system Southfield inspectors like. He spent time with me on the phone even though he knew I wasn't a customer and steered me in the right direction. I'd definitely trust him if I ever purchase a property in another city nearby.
