Gary (the owner) along with his son came out and gave us a free estimate with great detail and explanation of the entire process. The work they did was absolutely perfect I am so grateful that I went with Atlantic Coast! I can’t recommend Atlantic Coast Basement Waterproofing Inc. enough! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough which are qualities that are rare in contractors these days. Gary and his team were finished in a week and kept us up to date with progress daily. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up daily. Every person on the team were professional and thorough. Ok so I have waited to post my review pending some hard rain for a few days. Let me start by saying that Gary and his son very polite and professional took the time to explain everything down to how a foundation and footers are poured that is handy if you don’t know how it’s done. I had 4 companies come out and all they wanted to do is put their drain system in. I don’t name names but they are the top searches on google most times. Gary was the only one!! Gary was extremely gracious in helping us to assess a water leakage issue in our basement. He was honest in advising us that we did not need his services, and helped to point us in the right direction (landscaping needed instead). When a business is willing to help you over making a sale, that’s my kind of business!
