As an owner at Atlantic Cloisters for 2 years I must caution anyone interested in buying ,the current board is totally agenda driven and incompetent the buildings need millions of dollars worth of work but nothing ever gets done .Don’t get me wrong it is still the best deal in town and as more new owners come in things will and must change but be prepared for large assessments.
