This company is a absolute rip off. Unfortunately it is the only provider in south jersey. They raise the rates ffor no reason but drilling there pockets. They also charge on a unit when the service is shut off for the season. Absolute joke. We need a new provider in our state.
Power out yet again. I get we just had a heavy snowstorm in our area, but if we have a heavy rain, we lose power. The wind blows 20 mph, we lose power. It snows, we lose power. Right now we've been out 12 hours with no restoration time frame. Their infrastructure is 3rd world and we've been complaining about it for years. It's an Exelon Company - here's a suggestion - skip the CEO's bonus this year and invest in your system.
I feel like they are ripping people off. Used air less and somehow my bill is $100 more than before on my already sky high bill. They need to be investigated.
I called my congressman and senator I’m going to make so much trouble for this company for ripping of my grandparents they will beg to go out of business when im done with them and you can take that to the bank.
