Paying more for a condo I don’t use than a house I do use. They say nothing is wrong with the meter you have to pay the bill. It’s absolutely insane!
I wish I can give a -10. A bill of $440 for a 640sqft unit , and customer service is an absolute joke ……
I wish I could leave 0 stars for this company. The customer service, supervisors and managers are all extremely rude and unhelpful. My case was “being reviewed” from September 2023 bill until November 2024. During this time about $1000 over my average bill was added on and nobody could explain why. I called monthly at first, then weekly, was told contradictory information. I was told they were going to review past phone recordings because two different agents told me “yes, they read the meter incorrectly”. I waited again for... read more
