If I could rate this company a zero, I would. Ever since my family moved to the area (3 years) and started service with AC Electric, they have robbed my family blind. Almost every month I have to dispute a bill that can reach well over 600-700 dollars. I don't understand how this company is still standing, probably because of all the money they steal from hard working families!

They keep disconnecting my call while I am on hold and the wait times are ridiculous.
My electric has Been off for two weeks now I submitted all of my documentation They needed it since my father had passed, and none of his bills were in my name. They tried to force me to pay his outstanding balance after I explained to them my situation with legalities in my own problems, and they still refused to turn my power on, and I have medical conditions that require me to have power In my home. I've been waiting 6 months to get solar installed and the hold up is AC Electric. Incredibly frustrating trying to get the solar department to return a phone call or email.
