Sloppy dealership. Had to stop in a dozen times to complete the deal. THEY DROPPED THE BALL IN SALES AT EVERY TURN.Tried to convice me my car was not certified used even though they sold me a certified car. Made them own up to the cerification On the service side, Tom is great, took care of any issue I had. No allignment available at the dealer. The physical plant is a mess. I've never experienced the level of sherl game pricing games played by this entire organization this past Saturday. I live 1 hour from this dealership and was looming at a used pickup for a fewvdays with their internet department. Three years worth of the same air, suspension problems and they still did not get it right they continuously replaced the same parts. Never finding the problem. Now they say it's something different and they need more money.. The service department sucks
Has a great experience buying a jeep with Michee ;) pretty quick and happy with the service and purchase
Talk to Michee if you’re looking to buy a new vehicle. Whole process only took a couple hours to trade in and leave with a new truck. Was able to do an application online and made an appointment the following day. Michee valued the trade in and covered the service bill on my trade then I left only a couple hours later with a new truck.
