Should be zero stars. I booked an appoint over the phone and told the receptionist I am a new client. When I arrived I was refused the service since I do not have a credit card and was not willing to give them my debit card information to keep on file. It was not explained to me when I booked that I would be refused service if I did not have a credit card to keep on file.
