Customer service is really poor
Our homeowners policy was $3600 last year this year it went up to $8100!! They did not send me a bill they let my escrow go short which raised my mortgage payment from $2800 to $3900 over the next 15 years of our loan which equals an additional $16,500. I called to ask for my agent and they said he was know longer there, they didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know and let me know my insurance premium more than doubled. RIPOFF COMPANY
