I'm a car dealer and have been paying for millions in Garage Liability for 6 years with them. No claims ever. We had our first claim and they denied it because a box wasn't checked on the policy. We have IN WRITING where we asked them about that 4 times in the last 6 years and they stated not to worry about it, and that it didn't need to be checked, and that we were covered. LIES! This insurance company has destroyed our business. We had a fire in our facility 8 months ago. They have done nothing but delay and deny claims. Although their underwriters advised our agent on how to write the policy, they are telling us we didn't have the correct coverage. Although I signed bind docs with specific limits, they renewed at old limits and are telling us we were underinsured (duh! that's why we requested higher limits!). Their debt collector is persistent! I’d love to join some sort of “class action” suit against them. I invite other abused customers to contact me. I had a similar experience as some other reviewers. I had a general liability policy with them, never made a claim, and they decided to terminate the policy. THAT’S not the issue. Six months later they sent a letter, followed up with emails and a phone call that because of an audit done after they closed the account, I owe them $6000+ more. On what planet does that make sense?
