This company started using third-party contractors this year, and the service has gone downhill. After a roof pressure wash, bleach runoff killed all the house front of my professionally maintained shrubs, causing over $500 in landscaping damage. They promised to come back and fix it but never did it and now they don't even answer the phone. Very disappointing
