I don’t write reviews often but I dont want anyone to have to deal with what I have had to deal with at this place. Horrible communication. Crappy finish product. Ray Charles would do a better job on seat installation. I can’t believe that Katzkin sends people to this company. Doing this review for my aunt… she went in for them to install a speaker on a 2025. I don’t know why she didn’t let Kimballs do it . That’s neither here nor there . Long story short they messed up her radio, left the seat loose , and incorrectly placed the side panel . When she went back to discuss it they told her they never worked on that model and maybe the dealership she got it from can help. If they could not properly do the job why even take it ?
Man hands down best shop and the people is really understanding patience etc if you looking for work on your car this the place to come to ask for Mark he will most def hook you up !!!!
Do not come here with older vehicles. If they break something they will NOT fix it or tell you!
